SPEAKING + FACILITATION
The talk your audience will still be quoting at the next one.
Psychology, human behaviour and workplace pressure — delivered with warmth, strategic depth and enough honesty to make people lean in. For conferences, leadership events, Mental Health Week, Safe Work Month and organisational sessions.

MENTAL HEALTH WEEK + SAFE WORK MONTH 2026
Give your people something more useful than another wellbeing talk.
HR, WHS and People & Culture teams are planning October now. Tenneile delivers psychologist-led sessions that help audiences understand what pressure does to people, what workplaces can do differently, and what leaders need to notice before the issue becomes injury.
Mental Health Disclosures
What happens after someone says they are not OK.
Psychosocial Risk
Moving beyond awareness into how work actually creates or reduces risk.
Leadership Under Pressure
What cognitive load, responsibility and stress do to decision-making and behaviour.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Most workplace wellbeing talks are forgotten by Tuesday.
People should leave with language for something they have experienced but could not quite name — and one practical idea they can use immediately.
The aim here is not simply to inspire the room. It is to help people recognise something, name it differently, and do something differently afterwards.
Tenneile combines psychological science, organisational experience and real-world stories from complex workplaces. The result is evidence-informed without becoming clinical, challenging without becoming preachy, and human enough to stay with people after the slides are gone.
RECENTLY
Tenneile MC'd the Knowledge Hub stage at the 2026 National WHS Show in Brisbane — and has been invited to return for the Sydney and Melbourne events.

It's Not You. It's the System You're Working In.
A human and systems-based look at burnout, psychosocial risk and the limits of asking people to become more resilient inside poorly designed work.
Leadership
The Psychology of Leadership Under Pressure
How cognitive load, decision fatigue and responsibility change the way leaders think, respond and relate — and what helps when the pressure is not going away.
Safe Work Month
Psychosocial Risk: What It Is — and What to Actually Do About It
A practical, psychologically grounded session for leaders, HR, WHS and business owners who want to understand psychosocial risk beyond the compliance language.
Mental Health Week
The High-Functioning Struggle
Why the person who looks completely fine may be carrying far more than anyone realises — and what high-performance workplaces need to notice.
Performance
Burnout, Boundaries, and the Stories We Tell Ourselves
An evidence-informed, relatable session on why capable people keep pushing past capacity — and why burnout is rarely solved with a better morning routine.
Your topic. Your room.
Have a theme, a high-pressure audience, or a difficult organisational issue? Sessions can be built around the real question your event needs to answer.

THE TENNEILE DIFFERENCE
Evidence-based. Deeply human. Surprisingly honest.
Evidence-based. Deeply human. Surprisingly honest.
It felt real.
Not a polished performance. Not a carefully curated highlight reel. The kind of honesty that makes a room go quiet — and then start nodding.
I finally have words for it.
Audiences consistently leave with language for experiences they've had but couldn't name. That's the clinical background doing its work.
People actually changed something.
Not just inspired. Not just informed. Something in how they lead, how they talk to their team, or how they think about their own limits, actually shifts.
