TENNEILE MANENTI | REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST | THE BUSINESS PSYCHOLOGIST
Good to meet you.
Let's find the right next step.
I’m Tenneile Manenti — Registered Psychologist, founder of Mind Logistics and The Business Psychologist.
My work sits across two connected spaces: supporting individuals under pressure, and helping leaders and organisations understand the psychological factors affecting risk, performance and the way work gets done.
Sometimes the issue sits with the person. Sometimes it sits in the system around them. Often, it’s a bit of both.
This page will help you work out where to begin.
Not your typical Psychologist. Registered Psychologist with 20+ years across clinical, forensic and organisational practice. Former senior health and safety leader. Gold Coast based, working with individuals and organisations across Australia.
A LITTLE CONTEXT FIRST
Psychology that takes the whole picture seriously.
Most people find me because they're navigating something that sits at the edge of work and life — burnout that doesn't quite fit a clinical box, a leadership role that's heavier than expected, or an organisation trying to understand risk it can't quite name.
My background spans clinical practice, forensic psychology, and organisational consulting. That combination isn't common — and it's what allows me to work across the individual and the system, not just one or the other.
"The same person who understands your nervous system under pressure also understands your organisation's risk register. That's the point of difference."

IMPORTANT - FOR FOUNDERS AND LEADERS
If you came here thinking about your organisation but you're personally struggling — with burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, or depression — that matters more right now. Individual clinical support is the right starting point, not organisational consulting. The two don't mix in the same engagement, and your wellbeing comes first.
STILL NOT SURE?
Some situations sit in between.
Especially when you're both a leader and a person under pressure, or when work stress and personal wellbeing are hard to separate. Here are the most common in-between situations.
"I'm a leader, but I'm personally struggling."
Burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, or depression don't become organisational consulting just because you run a business. Your wellbeing comes first.
"I manage a small team — is that 'workplace services'?"
If you're responsible for others' psychological safety and want to understand your obligations and risks — yes. If you're personally struggling as a manager, start with individual support. And if you're a founder or leader looking for psychology applied to your leadership — that's Your Business Psychologist™
"I'm fine, I just want to perform better."
If there's no clinical need, you're likely a coaching candidate — not a therapy client. That's a different kind of support and it sits clearly in our individual pathway.
"I need both — personal and organisational support."
That's possible, but not in the same engagement. Treatment and consulting don't mix. We'd start with whichever need is most immediate and build from there.
Still not sure? That's exactly what the first conversation is for. There's no wrong door.
FOR GP'S AND ALLIED HEALTH REFERRERS
Referring a patient or client?
Mind Logistics accepts referrals for psychological treatment under Medicare Mental Health Care Plans, WorkCover, and private referrals. If you're a GP, psychiatrist, or allied health professional referring a patient, the individual support pathway is the right starting point.
